Monica joined the Northwoods team in 2021, bringing years of experience in accounting, human resources, and meeting and event planning. She loves to dot the i's and cross the t’s when it comes to accounting and enjoys the precise nature of balancing spreadsheets. Monica’s project philosophy centers on assuming positive intent when working with others and open-minded collaboration. Outside the office, she unwinds with yoga, walks with friends, family travel, and conquering snow-covered slopes. And if you catch her with a cup in hand, it's a double shot skim cappuccino—her caffeinated beverage of choice.
